Herbert Wiegand, Managing Director and Partner of Aarcon Baukeramik GmbH & Co. KG, has many years of experience both as a client and as a contractor.
After many years as managing director in a number of construction sector companies, he was appointed Head of Building Management for the Aareal Banking Group and was for many years responsible for all of the bank's building activities. These years of representing the client side in building projects have expanded his expertise with valuable experience in calculating and awarding building contracts as well as in controlling and managing large, complex and prestigious building projects.
For that reason, Herbert Wiegand is not only familiar with all aspects of the building process and the construction industry, but is also able to assess what is feasible; he is well aware of client's wishes and also of the qualities that demanding clients can expect from a trade company and service provider with a professional set-up.
